Working out of a commissary kitchen in San Mateo, Saltwater Bakeshop brings us a stunning variety of baked goods every Wednesday and Thursday to our cafe in SOMA.

Andrew and Quinn are the two incredibly talented Bakers behind Compagnon. They’ve spent years learning traditional techniques and methods in bakeries nationwide. We have their excellent Baked Goods available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and, Fridays.

“Wilton Benitez. He’s become a very popular producer who has contributed to a lot of innovation in coffee processing. Before coffee, he studied engineering and worked as a chemical engineer. Merging his engineering background with his transition into the coffee industry led to some of the most advanced processing methods being created.

This coffee is a beautiful representation of that. It’s a unique varietal paired with an advanced washed process, and the flavor profile does not disappoint. We’re getting raspberry white tea, different kind of fruits, pineapple, black tea, and a cup that is far too easy to drink.”
